Terms & Conditions

All commercial laundry services provided by My Beautiful Laundrette are subject to availability and agreed service schedules.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items supplied for laundering are suitable for commercial washing and drying processes.
While every care is taken, My Beautiful Laundrette is not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, colour loss, shrinkage, or items incorrectly labelled or unsuitable for laundering.
Lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Linen and stock supplied by My Beautiful Laundrette remains the property of My Beautiful Laundrette unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

All laundry is washed, dried and folded together unless otherwise requested.
Customers must check pockets and remove valuables prior to collection.
My Beautiful Laundrette accepts no responsibility for items left in pockets or for damage caused by unsuitable garments or incorrect care labels.
Heavily soiled items, pet bedding or hazardous materials may incur additional charges or be refused service.
Uncollected laundry after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at management discretion.

MBL Club promotions and rewards are available exclusively through Tangerpay.
Bonus top-up credits and loyalty rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Loyalty credits are automatically applied once eligible spending thresholds are met.
My Beautiful Laundrette reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions, rewards or membership benefits at any time without notice.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity or abuse of the membership program may result in cancellation of membership benefits.

Commercial account invoices are strictly 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and a late payment fee of $30 or 12% of the outstanding invoice amount (whichever is greater) will be applied to any invoices until outstanding balances are paid.
My Beautiful Laundrette reserves the right to charge reasonable recovery costs associated with overdue accounts.
